RN – Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift) ​

Job Details:

• Location: Concord, NH, 03301
• Duration: 13 week
• Shift: 12-hour nights | 7p-7:30a
• Guaranteed Hours: Will consider 36 or 48-hr guarantees
• Pay Rate: $58 – $62/hr; Depending on experience (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals in a fast-paced ICU setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond promptly and appropriately.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform other nursing interventions as required.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Required Experience:

• 2–3 years of recent ICU RN experience
  • If closer to 2 years, candidate must be a strong, self-starting RN with broad critical care experience.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changing conditions.

Licensure:

• Active RN License for the state of New Hampshire or Compact RN License
• License verification required prior to start

Certifications Required:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or ARC
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – AHA or ARC
• NH State License

Preferred Certifications:

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)

EMR Experience:

• Cerner EMR – Preferred but not required
