Job Description
RN - MedSurg / Telemetry (Night Shift)
Location: Franklin, NH, 03235
Assignment Duration: 13-Weeks Contract
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1,980 - $2,160
Shift: 12-hour Nights
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based care to adult patients in a MedSurg/Telemetry unit
- Monitor patients requiring telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in an acute care MedSurg/Telemetry setting.
- Travel nursing experience.
- EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner – experience is preferred not required
- Licensure:
- Active New Hampshire (NH) or Compact RN License.
- Certifications:
- BLS—Basic Life Support (AHA).
- ACLS—Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
- NIHSS—National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale.
