Travel LPN/LVN – LTC
Montour Falls, NY

Hourly rate - $19 per hour

*OT rate - $60.15 

Blended Rate: $50.15

*Weekly Gross - $2,006.00 

Meals: $476.00 per week tax free

Housing: $770.00 per week tax free

*08 - week assignment

*Shift – 3pm to 11pm

*40 hours per week/5 shifts

 

Requirements:                                              

*Minimum 2 year of LPN – LTC experience required

*NY state license required
*AHA – BLS required
